The Membership Director shall promote membership
in the Chapter; respond to membership inquires;
receive membership applications and dues
payments; forward dues received to the Treasure;
acknowledge new members; and maintain a roster
of Chapter members.
Additionally, the Director of Membership shall
establish a membership committee that includes a
Chair, Vice Chair, and committee members to
assist with reconciling the membership and
keeping accurate anniversary dates of all
current members.
The Director of Membership and committee shall
be responsible for sending out reminder notices
2 months prior to members anniversary due date.
The Director of Membership and committee shall
establish a welcome packet for new members.
The Director of Membership and committee shall
establish different contest programs that
promote and increase membership.
Membership Committee:
All duties and requirements are subject to
change. A minimum of 10 hours per month is
requested and preferred.
