Hector Amendola

Director of Communications

 

Hector Amendola was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley where he attended California State University, Northridge and earned his B.A. in Psychology. Throughout his career in Mortgage, Hector has worked with several families and first time homebuyers and has helped them plan and achieve their dream of Home Ownership. He utilizes his knowledge of all aspects of the Home Loan world to prepare, educate and guide his clients through the Home Loan process.

Currently, Hector is a  Branch Manager with Impac Mortgage in Covina, California. He’s been in the Mortgage Industry since 2002. He takes pride in educating himself, then passing the knowledge on to the consumer so that they have the tools to make the best decisions to reach their financial goals. He is married to his beautiful wife Dalia and together they have one baby boy, Aiden Amendola. 

 
 

 

Mario Banuelos

Director of Public Relations

 

Mario Banuelos has been in the financial services industry for over a decade and counts with experience from all aspects of the real estate arena, from mortgage lending to real estate sales, from traditional to short sale and REO, and both residential and commercial. He is the CEO and Broker of Alliance Asset Advisors; a brokerage specialized exclusively in the disposition of residential REO properties; and, Alliance Real Estate Co. a traditional real estate division with determination to increasing homeownership and bringing back the American Dream! Additionally, Broker Associate at KW Commercial, extending sales, leasing, and ORE disposition services.

 

He is a current member of the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA), Commercial REO Brokers Association (CREOBA) and serves as Director of Marketing of National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Los Angeles Chapter; which has had an impact in his life for having the grandiose opportunity to be involved first hand, as a long time minority homeownership advocate; having worked closely with the Hispanic community through his entire career. Mario is an alumni from San Jose State University with a focus in Business Management and Marketing.

 

Mario was born and raised in the SF Bay Area; he is a wine enthusiast and enjoys traveling, theatre and all aspects of nature; oh, and loves summer!

 

 

 

Lorena Arredondo

Director of Community Affairs

 

Lorena Arredondo is a native of Southern California who attended New York University where she earned her B.A. in Political Science, with an additional emphasis in Economics. Throughout her career Lorena has worked with families and businesses to help them develop a plan of action to enhance their financial position and real estate needs.  She utilizes her advanced technical knowledge, experience, and organizational skills required to provide buyer and sellers with the best advice.

 

Over eight years of experience and reputation as a hard –working Los Angeles real estate associate has helped Lorena earn the trust and business of buyers and sellers.  She gives clients the information they need to make smart decisions in this fast-moving market, offering the patient guidance and attention to detail that is valued as much by first-time buyers and sellers as it is by seasoned pros.

He is married to his beautiful wife Meredith and celebrated his ten year anniversary this December. They have two beautiful and very energetic children: Isabela Simone; 1 and Augustine; 3.

 

Education: B.S. from Westmont College, Masters of Educational Leadership from California State University Dominguez Hills

 

Hobbies: Surfing, golf, fishing, snowboarding, and teaching my children how to kick, throw, and catch a ball.
