Hector was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and graduated from California State University, Northridge. He's been in the Mortgage Industry since 2002 working his way through the back office including stints processing and underwriting home loans. His experience gives him the foundation needed to guide his clients through a smooth transaction.  As a Loan Officer at Venta Financial Group, his passion comes from the opportunity to interact with people and impact their lives while helping them achieve their goal of homeownership.  He relies on honesty and sincerity to provide the best home buying experience.

This is Hector's second tour of duty for the NAHREP-LA Board of Directors, most recently returning in April of 2008 to serve as the Director of Information Technology. In his words "NAHREP’s mission is one that I advocate through my involvement with the organization and in daily practice. I’m proud to see how we've gained momentum during the last few years. We’ve shared our successes as much as our failures.  Through it all, we persevere and stand pat on our goal to help achieve sustainable home ownership for the Hispanic Community."
