Juan started his career
in the mortgage industry while still attending
Loyola Marymount University back in 1998. He
interned at Norwest Financial (later known as Wells
Fargo Financial) and upon graduation went full time.
Within the year he became the youngest branch
manager in the State of California. He was there
until entering the broker world 2001. From 2001-2008
he worked for Mortgage 2000, became
a partner at
First Home Front and finally an
Area Sales Manager at Milestone
Mortgage. In 2009 he and his team decided to go with
a direct lender. The Broker world is changing
and his team is changing with it. Juan is at First
Security Lending where he is an Area Sales Manager.
He joined NAHREP as a member in 2007 and got on the
Board of Directors in 2008 and is presently the
Director of Marketing. On the personal side Juan is
married to Edith and lives in Monrovia with her and
their son Caesar
Alexander.
Hobbies include reading,
traveling, cooking and sketching….
