Jon Wax has organized seminars and lectured before the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, the West San Gabriel Association of Realtors, the Beverly Hills Greater L.A. Realtors Association, Burbank Association of Realtors, Escrow Association of San Gabriel Valley, as well as real estate and escrow offices on Natural Hazard Disclosure (NHD) reporting requirements throughout the southern California (14+ years).

Conducted Real Estate Agent NHD Training Seminars throughout the southern California.

Participated in Realtor Expos throughout Southern California.

Juris Doctorate, American College of Law.

Bachelor of Science at Law, Glendale University College of Law.
