I have been in the escrow profession for 18 years.
Maria began her career in the Title & Trust Company
of
Los Angeles in 1980 as an assistant on a commercial
unit.
In 1984 I became a residential/refi escrow officer
in Pasadena. I’ve mainly worked in the San
Gabriel Valley for most of my profession. I
left my profession in 1991 to get married and raise
my family. Soon thereafter in the year 2000, I came
back to my profession at local independent escrow
company. I am now a national closer for out of
state transactions. I also do business opportunity,
short sales, refinance, and resale escrow. I am a
dedicated escrow officer with a business sense that
includes honesty, integrity and keeping her clients’
best interest at heart. My fluency in Spanish
has made me an asset to my clients in the Hispanic
communities. My career as an Escrow Officer is
more than just a way to make a living. It is a
way to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
Hobbies include reading,
traveling, cooking and sketching….
