Nelson Torres is First American Title Account Executive with 10 years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to First American Title Nelson came from our First American Natural Hazards Division, he overlooked  the Strategic Markets part of First American NHD and has been in sales for several years.  Nelson was a Sr. Compliance Officer with GMAC Mortgage d.b.a. Ditech.com for over 6 years. Nelson was responsible for training classes regarding RESPA, updating the company with new laws in lending throughout all 50 states. Nelson is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, National Association of Hispanics for Real Estate Professionals "NAHREP" where he serves on the board.
