About Vanessa...
Vanessa Montañez was born and raised in Los Angeles and is a local resident to Pasadena, CA. Vanessa Montañez holds a bachelors degree and graduated with honors in business administration. She is currently enrolled at Pepperdine University for her MBA.
Vanessa has been in residential lending for the last sixteen years. She has worked for all the major companies including Countrywide Home Loans, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. For the last ten years, she has been managing loan officers, sales managers, and processors. Loans and insurance are her expertise. She is a proven coach, trainer and motivator. She has provided class for emerging markets with California Association of Realtor’s (CAR).
She has her own insurance agency with Farmers Insurance Company. Her goal is making sure her clients are properly insured and protected.
Vanessa Montañez currently serves as Past President for NAHREP Los Angeles Chapter (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) and is also the Regional Coordinator for the State of California for NAHREP National. She is also a proud member of NLBWA Los Angeles Chapter, and was on the Board for Pepperdine University Hispanic Council for several years. Vanessa believes in educating her clients in the American Dream of Home Ownership. She is active with non profits and community outreach in homeownership. She is bilingual. Residential lending and insurance are her expertise and providing excellent customer service to all.
Vanessa Montanez was recently nominated for the 2009 Business Woman of the year award for the National Latina Business Woman Association for her commitment in finance and insurance.
