Vanessa Montañez currently serves as the President for the Los Angeles Chapter NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals). Vanessa believes in educating her clients in the American Dream of Home Ownership. Vanessa is also a California Association of Realtor (CAR) educator for the emerging markets initiative.  She is active with non-profits and community outreach in homeownership. Vanessa Montanez is employed with Farmers Insurance.  Her goal is making sure her clients are properly insured and protected. 

Vanessa Montañez was born and raised in Los Angeles and is a local resident to Pasadena, CA.  Vanessa Montañez holds a bachelors degree and graduated with honors in business administration.  She is currently enrolled at Pepperdine University for her MBA.

Vanessa has been in residential lending for the last fourteen years.  She has worked for all the major companies including Countrywide Home Loans, Wells Fargo and Bank of America.  For the last eight years, she has been managing loan officers, sales managers, and processors.  Loans and insurance are her expertise.  She is a proven coach, trainer and motivator.
